We have put together a dog training program that allows you to become your dog's personal trainer. Hosted in a private Facebook group, this course is designed to allow you to easily implement training techniques and exercises that will help you transform your dog. This program is not like any other dog training program on the market. It is NOT a self study program, we have two Professional Trainers ready to guide you through the process and coach you every step of the way!
You will follow our video lesson plans, as well as written material within the private group, practicing the lessons at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home! Our videos are packed with amazing footage of dogs being worked through this exact program step-by-step! We encourage clients to submit videos for feedback and ask questions as often as needed. You will have access to coaching from two professional dog trainers 24/7, 365 days of the year. We also offer video support within the platform once per week using Zoom. These live sessions will give us a chance to all be online at the same time, interact and ask questions.
Work ethic is something we strive for with our personal dogs and our client dogs as well. You will hear us use words like engagement, motivation, involvement or participation. If you don’t have a dog that is willing to work, then you don’t have a dog you can easily communicate with.
Teaching your dog Marker Training is the easiest way to create a “speaking” relationship with your dog. This makes dog training much easier. Using a series of marker words, we can begin to acknowledge behaviours we like and behaviours we dislike. This system allows you to communicate with your dog in a way you never thought imaginable. The possibilities are endless when you begin to “speak” in a language your dog has learned to understand.
In dog training the term foundation is used to describe the beginning stages of client/dog relationships. It is a series of behaviours that we establish, in order for our clients and their dogs to better communicate. Think of a house foundation; you can't put a roof on until you've built a solid foundation and framed in the walls.
We are sometimes in a rush to resolve our dog's unwanted behaviours, without first teaching the dog alternative behaviours. In each unit your dog will learn new skills that you can start implementing on a daily basis, making your dog a better version of himself.
